Delete Your Account & Data

At Witty, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

• By Email:
  Send an email to qilingchuangda@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Witty Account". Please include your registered email address or username for verification.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Your account information (such as username, email address, profile details)
• Your app usage data and preferences
• Any content you have created or uploaded within Witty

What Data May Be Retained?

In some cases, we may retain certain data for a limited period to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. For example:

• Transaction or purchase records (retained for up to 30 days as required by law)
• Data required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance

After the retention period, this data will also be permanently deleted.

How Long Does It Take?

We will process your account deletion request within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
